WORST SERVICE EVER AND THE FOOD SUCKED!! PART OF KIDS FOOD DIDNT COME OUT UNTIL WE WERE DONE EATING.
Apperizer took 25min to come. The meal came 2min after the appetizer. The steak was overcooked, ribs were dry and overcooked, fries were undercooked and not seasoned. The server asked for the manager but 15min later, the manager still hasn't appeared. Horrible experience and customer service.
Just left the restaurant and it was horrible. 1) There was no air conditioning in place and per staff it broke the night before. Sad when ur hostess Stacy calls a customer the "N" word for asking and your manager Jody saying that there is no way she could of said that when there are several witnesses saying she did. Your place is a joke and will NEVER visit this disrespectful place again in my life!!!!!
RecommendedJust wanted to thank the avon Texas roadhouse location for helping my party tonight. We had a party of 11, and even though it is policy to seat only after everyone had arrived, they let us get to the table while waiting for our last 3 members to let my grandpa, a Korean vet who's had several strokes and uses a walker, have a seat. This meant a lot because I was very stressed out that he was going to have to stand another 10 minutes due to the first hostess saying we needed to wait.
