This was the worse service I have ever experienced. The manager claims we only been waiting for 28 mins but we've been waiting for over 40 mins. The food was terrible and several of our orders were wrong more than once. Never again. The only reason it gets one star is because there is no lower rating. Overall experience here is an F.
Horrible service, I had to get my own rolls to begin with, the steak was 1/2 fat, I had to get my own rolls and I even spoke to the manager and she was no help whatsoever. I asked for 4 rolls to go and they wanted charge me for the rolls even after we didn't have any left. I won't go back to the Avon Texas Roadhouse again. Horrible!
Food is great and service is always good.
