Great service. A mistake was made but the manager, without even being asked for, came and made everything right. And the steak was oh sooo good.
Sadly Texas Roadhouse stopped giving daily Military Discounts :( :( My husband had(I state had,as past tense) enjoyed this restaurant. His service of 25 yrs was appreciated at this restaurant. Now they only offer discount, one day a week. He didn't serve 1 day a week for 25 yrs. He served 24/7 Active Duty proudly, for us to enjoy our FREEDOM! He will choose different restaurants to get Military Discounts.
Had a Great time there tonight with my two boys. Food was very filling, and the Service was Excellent. Thanks for a good time and a fridge full of leftovers.
We got there about 7:50 and ordered our drinks and appetizer. It then took our waitress 15minutes before she ever came back to take our order. We waited 20minutes to get a 2nd drink, and a total of 45minutes for our 2 burgers (medium rare) to come out. The peopleat the front desk were just standing around talking, and our waitress was nowhere to be found the whole time. My husband and i are always looking for somewhere good to eat,Heard alot of good things about the place.Everything we ordered was dry,..beyond dry.Our blooming onion and butter and rolls were good.I cant believe i wasted over $40 to not be able to eat a thing.Ribs and chicken were so dry they were inedible.Disappointing,I doubt we will be back
I love the food. Problem is they pack you into the back corner or the restaurant everytime. They don't open until 4. So we get there at 4 with everyone else and they pack you into the back corner like cattle. Wouldn't be suprised if they brand us while they are at it. The rest of the restaurant is wide open instead we have to sit on top of each other. Please change this.
