Great service ... The best wait staff around ... Excellent food and drinks ... Our "go-to" place !
They spilled lemonade on our daughter and her camera (purchased the prior day on vacation). I had to ask for someone to mop up the mess as they left it. The camera broke. Loss prevention gave us the run around and ignored the complaint until I contacted BBB. They lied to BBB saying the issue was resolved, I had to file another complaint in which they offered $100 and said "sorry you fell through the cracks". Three complaints, two were to the BBB and they still could care less. They didn't even consider the cost of everything... read more
