Good food and service...New Berlin Texas Roadhouse...please get on board with other locations to donate portion of meal money people spend on December 12th to Dolly Parton's fund for victims of the fires in the Smokies.
Food tastes great but there's no Mac and cheese. The waitress told me they did have some for extra dollar. When it was brought out it was kids kraft Mac and cheese. Wish she would've told me.
Award winning ribs? Must have been the "Toughest Ribs" award.
Waitress was very personable. Told about her grandpa who had been in Air Force. This Vietnam War veteran was @ restaurant with daughter and granddaughter on Veterans day and manager Sarah came over and asked how we'd been treated. How about this? Like royalty!!! Steak was sizzling. So was our time there. With policemen there it was a great idea to heal some wounds between cops and public.
They did an amazing job on Veterans Day the staff was energetic and fun. They had the New Berlin police dept. Sitting everyone. The food was perfect comfort yummiest! !!!
Excellent service. The staff was very friendly on a very busy day (Veteran's Day). They did such a great job greeting and thanking each veteran. Very impressed and look forward to a return visit.
Whatever location I go to the food and staff is awesome just love it except for the b-day card I filled out 2yrs ago and I haven't gotten a thing except if you fill it out now we will be sure to send you something next year ....yeah NOTHING!!!!! cheap
