My fiance & I went there Saturday evening around 7pm for dinner. It was a 25 min wait which was ok, but there is absolutely no comfortabke place to wait. Your in the way of the door, your in the way of the staff, your in the way of customers coming & going, bar is so small cant sit there either. It was my fiances first & last time there. Service for the first time was not that good. Disappointed, prime rib was okay not like usual when it is always excellent.
We have gone to this location many times and many times I have given them a second, third, etc. chance. Either there is something wrong with the order or the wait is unacceptable. We went for my sons birthday and again we waited for over an hour for our food to come. Three tables around us were served and ate before we recieved our food. When the manager came over I explained the wait was unacceptable and some of the food was cold and pulled pork was tough.
