We're here from Portland, OR and picked this restaurant because it was convenient to our overnight location. We had a 20 minute wait which was painless due to the perfect greeting at the front door and the quick and friendly service at the bar. Our waitress, Grace was over the top friendly and accurate. She won us over during our deoarture when she wished us a "blessed evening. I'm sitting in this restaurant today. The worse service and food me and my family have experienced. Our food was ice cold. The gentleman sitting across from us sent his steak back 3x. The server grabs his plate and states I don't know what else I can do. Then the man is eating peanuts and she walks by and states , now I have a mess to clean up. Food was great, waitress and staff were very nice.
no chicken on Monday at all what a restaurant I love chicken. had to order steak well done and got raw Steak. I just left never go back.

THIS RESTAURANT SUCKS! Will never go back n will tell all of our friends traveling thru to Not Stop. If the cooks aren’t using gloves, what else is goin on. Gentlemen on steak grill was drinking over grill while cooking steaks. Waitress no gloves, eats out of Cesar bowl and puts back in frig. Back house grill n plate prep no gloves, how disgusting. The salads, bread and baked potatoes were good. Service was ok, however, we waited 45 mins for our food! Not happy. Then the ribs were very dry the steak was very grisly. And both entre were like warm when we got them.
