Still waiting for someone to call me back from logans corporate ordered a steak med rare it was raw called store told them I had made it to my hotel and saw raw steak she was first hesitant but said she would replace it but the cs sucks people are not friendly what happened this store use to be good I live close by and refuse to go here paducah Logan's your customer service sucks get it together

Service was unbelievably horrible. Server was nice but clueless as to pace and urgency. Took about 20 minutes to get drinks after she told me she was double sat. Rolls took another 10minutes after that. Shrimp were not deveined. Table next to me had the same server and we became “friends” over our poor service. Pretty sure they got their whole meal free!

If there was such a thing as a -10 Stars for Logan's Roadhouse as a whole I would give it! It pisses me off that I have severe pregnancy cravings for a Nutter butter fudgeslide right now and they completely got rid of them. This is complete and utter bullshit!
Multiple times eating here, service has been lacking but tonight was the last straw. We didn’t get rolls until our food arrived, and even then we had to ask for butter. Our drinks ran out twice. I almost went and refilled them myself. The worst part, however, was the server using the word “retarded” to describe the computers. That is NOT a word that has a place in today’s world. I have many close friends that have disabilities themselves or have children with disabilities and we will NOT be dining somewhere so insensitive.

Last night we was at Logan’s for 1 1/2 hours before we got our food. When my Filet and my husbands chopped steak was brought to the table so burnt it wasn’t even eatable. The waiter got the manger. The manger said he was so so sorry. I mean he should have been and also very Embarrassed. He said he would take care of it. OMGoodness he still charged us for my sweet tea and my husbands beer. For awhile there it was getting bad and I stopped going. Decided to give it one more shot and was glad I did.

At there last night. Used to be one of my favorite places, not now. Got seated right away. Got our drinks, over an hour later we finally got our food. Daughters grilled cheese was toast with a cold cheese on it. Rolls were dough balls. Took another 35 minutes to get our check. Our waitress had the two tables next to us, and neither of them ever got food. We watched other tables with a different waitress come and go. Orders were incorrect,service was slow or or nonexsistant, steaks were incorrectly cooked (well done is not raw)still waiting on that Mac and cheese! Check was compensated for by by the manager but the experience was frustrating and not enjoyable. Try the new steakhouse across the street!
