It's my first time in logans yesterday but I got excellent food and the crew he was excellent in his job. I forgot his name "why"/y? But his great attentive. Excellent service for me.

Hadn't eaten here in awhile. Did not have time to eat there so got our order to go. Drove from Kentucky home to Illinois. Thought I'd have part of a roll while I put things away...no whipped butter. Went to enjoy my main course salad...no salad dressing. Called expecting to be told they would reimburse my meal. Nope...Dairy Queen and McDonalds do, but not Logan's. First our salads came before our app. My husband's steak was so well that it was a hockey puck, he couldn't eat it. Granddaughter's steak was med, and dry, she ate my steak. My steak med-rare turned out to be rare, loaded potato toppings were on plate. I had to put it on the potato. The lettuce in the salads had to be picked thru, for bad peices. This was the worse meal we've ever at Logan's.

I called a head to ask of I would have to wait long becaue im a lunch break. Was reassure no they were slow. Waited forever to be seated finally tracked down the lady to sit me down. She smelt like she had just smoked a whole 13 cartons of cirgattes. She sat me at table that she just "cleaned". I sat down in my nice work dress that I have to be in all day and the whole back side is soaked. Steak was raw in the middle. Rest of the food and service was great.
