I went in to the ER with a severe eye infection (my eye was practically swollen shut) and when I went to the back I was put in a Hallway Hospital Bed which I didn't mind. Despite being told DONOT give my wife the generic form of her prescribed medication, they ignored my instructions, and gave my wife the WRONG medication for 11 days, further exasperating any condition she was dealing with. Upon administering the 'prescribed' medication my wife was discharged in 2 days!

The best thing is how incredibly nice almost every single person has been. With the exception of 1 person they are nice, informative, and willing to listen to all our questions.

Everything was all gravy until after I had my hernia surgery. I got my first 2 does of pain meds after it on time. But after that I was waiting 3 hours after calling a couple of times an then when my nurse finally came they told her that they didn't tell her. An then again before my discharge my last dose was so late I didn't get it bc I was out of there system before they actually got me out. So I was leaving in a lot of pain. Not happy at all. Even though I called an hour before. They were waiting also on a doctor to sign ... read more
