My experience having hernia repair surgery yesterday at St. David's South could not have been better. The staff was extremely professional and took wonderful care of me. I am already back home and on the mend. Rick

My brother was admitted after having been in a car accident. The first day he was in the ICU and the nurse he had at the time was a little rude. Husband was in for day surgery. Registration was easy. All the nurses and other staff very friendly. Everything was explained in detail. Anesthesia dr. made sure to follow up on patient's past heart history. The operating room nurse called me every hour to let me know how things were going and when to expect to be ready to talk to dr. afterwards and when I was able to go back to recovery. Highly recommend St. David's South hospital. Love that they also had free valet parking.

I appreciate St David's ER provide me (American Sign Language) ASL interpreter at ER & prefer St David's ER & Hospital to get me Medical certified ASL interpreters (Master level). St Davids Hospital & Deaf community need to work together. Some Deaf patients frustrated with lack of communication with the doctors/nurses during their stay in the hospital & should provide them interpreters so the communication between doctors/nurses & patients can go smooth. Remember Life & Death can happen at hospital & ER
