Amazing doctors and nurses this is my first surgery and I'm pregnant so I was so nervous but they helped me and my boyfriend with as much information and comforting words. Best experience ever going to a hospital!
Pre op visit...on time, went smoothly, well coordinated, and likeable people along the way. Here's hoping this rating still applies after surgery and a 5 day stay....
From the first day everyone in the ER was great. Then the staff on the third floor which we were in room 325 were very professional and kind. But when we got to fourth floor was another thing. When I first got there and was trying to get the attention of the nurse at the counter she wouldn't even look up until I raised my voice then acted stupid. The rest of the nurses were ok. But I would come back there's always some people that only want a job and others that love people and there jobs.
My mom was brought in by EMS to ER due to low blood pressure and other symptoms. She was promptly evaluated by medical personnel with the out most respect and patience. Her ER nurse called me directly to inform me of my mom's stable condition. My mom was discharged within 2 hours after. Everyone was very professional and polite. Thank you for your efforts in making our experience most comfortable under the circumstances.
I went in for a head injury yesterday. Found out I did indeed have a concussion. Was quick to get in. CT was done in no time. Laid in my room for about a hour and they came in and gave me the results. So all in all it took about 2hrs and I was given my prescription. While waiting I had about 3 nurses check on me to see if I needed anything. Very nice staff and happy with the experience. Just wish I would've gotten something a little stronger to take bc the pains of this head injury are hitting an all time high.
Best hospital in Austin and probably best in Texas. Over my long life (79) I've been in quite a few hospitals and every person at St. David's was kind, caring and helpful. Expecially in ER. Love St. Davids.
I was here yesterday n my mom was in really bad pain n she started vomiting n the lady in the front desk was just sitting there takinv her sweet time talking about personal stuff n not tryna attend us
5 star medical treatment. I was very impressed with the quality of care at the hospital and to add. l had the best orthopedic doctor in town. Dr Savage was very profesionale and so up to date l felt confidant that he was going to do a great job. My recovery is going supper well.🖒
