The nurses n doctors always take great care of me n motivate me to get better �
My husband is currently a patient here at SAMC and the care for him couldn't be better from the time we arrived at the ER Wednesday night to today, the doctors and nurses have all been exceptional!!! My husband is on the unit on the Oncology floor and I couldn't have picked better people to care for him during this scary time.
I TELL YOU WHAT, MY FATHER IN LAW BROKE HIS NECK (ABOUT 10 DAYS AGO) WAS LIFE FLIGHTED THERE AND I STAYED WITH HIM EVERY NIGHT FOR A WEEK, THE NURSES IN THE TCU AND ICU WERE ARE FANTASTIC!!! CANNOT NAME THEM ALL, BUT SORRY IF I MISSPELL THIER NAMES, BUT KAYLA, LINDSEY, IN TCU. VANESSA AND JOHN IN ICU, SORRY THAT I CANNOT REMEMBER THEM ALL.SORRY!! WHAT GREAT STAFF!!! WISH I COULD GIVE MORE STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The ER always get us in to be seen quickly and nurses and doctors mostly all nice. BUT once they decide to admit you to the hospital for further observation then ER staff throws you to the side like yesterday's trash to wait an hour or more for a room to be moved upstairs to!
My nurse Ashley and Dr Ackrell in the ER treated me for a minor breathing issue. They did more for me in an hour to help get me breathing again and get my blood pressure down than my family doctor had been able to do over three appointments. Ashley my nurse had a great desire to be caring and attentive. Even as her shift ended, she checked in on me. Dr Ackrell was a genius in quickly solving my issue. I am a disabled veteran and I rather go to Saint David's then the VA
The staff at the outpatient surgery area were wonderful and caring they seem to be a group of people who work well with each other with ease it was nice to be able to ask anyone of them a question and if they did not know they would go find out and as everyone knows that does not normally happen in a hospital
Never bring a loved one here!! Medical staff don't give a shit
This hospital has the worse staff I have ever seen.
