The people here are awesome. Staff is very sincere and nice to talk to as well. I was there a few months ago and my experience was more than pleasent. Love the room's and the treatment is excellent!

What has happened to this place? I’ve called 4 times left several messages trying to make an appointment for my son over the last 2 days and cannot get a returned phone call nor will anyone answer the phone?

No urgency in this Er that I can see . Rooms should be kept available for people who really need them . This place is a joke you get better care at parkland waiting room.

Dr. Julian Lee is the best. Wonderful bedside manner, very helpful, very intelligent. Got a call from Dr. Wesley Wilson in his absence. Rude, condescending, treated me like I was an idiot, with statements like “you already know there are stronger drugs that what we’ve given you” (no I don’t, I’m not a doctor), and “did you expect to fully recover in 24 hours?” (Did I ever say that?).
