We don't take the time to thank our family physicians. Do we consider the grueling hours that are required of our doctors, late night calls, etc.? The emotional repercussions that our doctors endure on a daily basis? I do, and believe we should thank them for their care for us and our families. Doctor Sean Ashrafian goes way above his call of duty, he is very patient and without a doubt I believe that he cares for his patients in the same way that he would his immediate family. Thank you Doctor Ashrafian for the many years t... read more

Dr. Julian Lee is the best. Wonderful bedside manner, very helpful, very intelligent. Got a call from Dr. Wesley Wilson in his absence. Rude, condescending, treated me like I was an idiot, with statements like “you already know there are stronger drugs that what we’ve given you” (no I don’t, I’m not a doctor), and “did you expect to fully recover in 24 hours?” (Did I ever say that?). I had put it off for several years... I finally had it done at age 57 rather than at age 50 as recommended. When I had a cancer “scare” I decided to get this and other “put off” procedures done. After it was over I realized that my many fears had all been unwarranted. The hospital is professional and has streamlined procedures f... read more

Last night I was admitted in the hospital, emergency department gave me excellent treatment.. very quick and urgent.. male Nurse was really cooperative and polite, Dr Tran, x-ray woman, and all other staffers are really amazing, I used to go to Harris SW Fort Worth but since I moved to Dallas area, I had to go in this hospital.. I don’t go to any other hospital except Texas Health.. because they have more knowledge about my treatment of Common Variable Immunodeficiency. I would definitely recommend this hospital..

Business response:

Thank you for the positive feedback! We are happy your experience was up to expectations! --Katie, Texas Health
