Absolutely amazing service. Triage was fast, thorough and efficient. Triage nurse took us to a room and Dr and student were there within minutes. Friendly, professional and caring. Tests were ordered and run; X-rays and breathing treatments. My 18 month old grandson was treated like a prince and Muma and Mimi are very grateful.

Recently took a trip to the Harris Methodist Heart Center and had a fabulous experience. Must give EXTREME thanks to the great care provided by all staff and especially by our nurse Kinsey H, in the cath department. She was truly excellent and tended to my father’s every need. Great experience! Please be sure to let Kinsey know she is doing a wonderful job.

Rudest emergency room morning staff i have ever seen. Told us we are not important. Told us we are in the fast track waiting and will take 4 hours. We are the only ones here. Your idea of fast and mine are way different.

SEVERSON AND ALL THE NURSES THAT TOOK CARE OF MY FIANCE TODAY THEY ALL HAD SMILES ON THEIR FACES AND WE ALL LAUGHED THE WHOLE TIME I KNOW HOW HARD THE MEDICAL FEILD CAN BE LONG HOURS AND AT TIMES A PACKED ER CAN MAKE FOR A STESSFUL DAY BUT THESE LADIES WERE AMAZING P.S. HAPPY NURSE'S WEEK ���
