Came to ER 5/15/18 with forehead laceration from a fall. 18 “outside” stitches. Doctor did a few & trainee did the rest. When stitches came out there were bubble looking lumps around stitched area and a HOLE where they did not stitch the connection of skinny the “y” of the cut. Was told to give it some time by PCP to grow back together but a month & 2 weeks later STILL A HOLE. I phoned Patient Advocacy and was given to VM of Jake. I left a msg but received no return call. If you have to be in a hospital this the place to be. The doctors are ready to answer questions and the nurses are all very helpful and friendly. I was a long way from home when I had my accident but they made me feel like they really cared.
