This review is on my labor and delivery experience with Plano Presby. My first child was born here and we had a wonderful experience with Laura in 2014. She was kind, funny, helpful, and reassuring. Everything you would want at such a precious time in your life. I guess you only get one nice experience. My second was born 6 months ago on January 17th at 11:40am. My triage nurses were great! My husband came in the ER this evening with chest pains. After some test they said he had a heart attack and they would need to transfer him. I ask for him to be transferred to Medical City, they recommended Presbyterian Dallas, but said if they were full they would send us to Medical City. They sent us to Presbyterian and they are full. So we get to sit in the ER until tomorrow morning and wait for a bed! The charge nurse here apologized and said she clearly told Rockwall on the phone that they had no beds! So frustrating!

Eventhough there were some operational issues, the people here are amazing! Everyone we came in contact with was kind and compassionate with a selfless spirit.

Dr. Webster was my primary OB throughout my second high-risk pregnancy, and took amazing care of myself and my son. She also was a huge advocate for me finding the right surgeon after experiencing some postpartum complications. She provides the best patient care, and truly cares for each individual patient. Dr. Arnold delivered us, due to Webster taking a much needed vacation, and she was also amazing, patient, gentle, and wonderful!! I can’t recommend this office enough!
