Unreliable. Could not diagnose my son of walking pneumonia. Had to take it to Cook Hospital for the correct diagnosis. Charged me more than the contract amount allowed by BlueCross BlueShield. Two months later, has not refunded the money. BCBS will contact their billing department to set the record straight. Next step will be a call to the Fraud Hotline.
