No no no, horrible. Do not come here unless you want to wait hours and hours. Understaffed, staff desensitized, just a mess with everything there. Children should not EVER HAVE TO WAIT HOURS to be seen, sick children so tired late at night. Quit building so many hospitals if you can’t staff them. The male nurse up front was just so like whatever attitude. Like just no to the whole visit there. We left without being seen and we will never be back. Our poor newborn. Terrible terrible.

Choosing to bring my son to Texas Children's Hospital was the best decision that we could have ever made for our son. The doctors are thorough, nurses so loving, staff amazing and the people int he cafeteria are just so wonderful. My son's level of care went beyond what we could have ever imagined.
