I rate the PICU 10/10. So amazing, super attentive. My daughter is 2 months and was intubated for 6 days. We were moved to the regular floor today after being extubated just yesterday. Haven’t had hardly anyone checking on her. Not sure if that’s normal but I’m missing PICU!
Thank you for helping my daughter get better and giving my husband and I answers when know one could help our 2 month .
if i knew they were going to take 12HOURS to see my baby I wouldnt had come ..i shouldve just gone to a regular hospital ..first and last time coming here for an emergency
Emergency room is a joke, 5 hour wait time. Save yourself the hassle. Employees all had personal cellphones in hand, it felt awfully unprofessional. They triaged my son in then never made rounds to check on him after 5 hours.
They get zero stars , but had to chose 1 to be able to post ! Let me start off by saying , i was sent here by my daughters pediatrician, because my daughter has had fever for 6 days now . i arrived here at 3:30 pm , its now 9 pm , not once have they checked on her , at 6 pm i asked how long it would be , nurse at front desk there was 4 people ahead of us , i just re-asked her and now she said 6 , i told her how is that when earlier you told me 4 and she made up an excuse about oh i think we had 2 emergencies come in , after ... read more
We arrived at the ER at 6:45 Friday night and are still sitting here in the waiting room at 4am and the people that came 3 hours after us have been in the back for an hour already.
