Could possibly be the worst-managed hospital I’ve visited. My 5 year old came in today at 1pm with a broken arm. Now it’s 4:36 and we’re being told we can’t get a cast until tomorrow BC the ortho left at 4:00. What have we been doing for the past 3 hours? Waiting on the ortho. What a joke. Not quite a good experience for the little guy. Failures in care like this for a broken arm are one thing, but what if he had life threatening injuries??? Never again...

Dr. Kushare is simply amazing!! He performed arthroscopic surgery on my 11 year old daughter. Her knee was in bad shape and he completely fixed her up. His beside manner is extremely professional and his staff is kind and considerate. Thank you all for making us feel like family!!
Little FYI on our home away from home. If your ex spouse requests that you do not receive information from an emergency visit it is upheld. So if you have an ex that is not forthcoming with medical issues you need to be very afraid of TCH URGENT CARE OR ER. Keep in mind we have a team of over 20 doctors my ex has never met yet has been able to take her in for a concussion he was at fault for and I was never informed. Even though my daddy paid the medical bills.

Dr Chu (gastroenterology) and dr. Wang (urology) went above and beyond for my son’s appointment on June 12. We live in Rosenberg and it was well worth the drive!

My 9m old went in for surgery and only one parent was allowed with him while the other has to sit in the truck and wait to hear whether or not everything went fine! These people claim I understand but in all reality they do not! How can they allow only one parent to go back with their child especially when the child is getting put under at 9 months!!!!
