Took 5 hour wait time for a broken bone. Then two hours in room waiting for help. SEVEN hours later I leave having come to the realization My kid wasn’t getting helped. Dirty lobby and areas. I’ll choose a different establishment for emergencies in the future.
RecommendedAlways child oriented always very friendly and my little does not seeme to realize he is going to the doctor or hospital when he goes there. They make the time there very friendly and fun even for blood work.

RecommendedIf we could SKIP the ER everything would be a lot less stressful, they don’t listen and my child has a rare genetic disorder but they still think they know everything! Once we get moved up to the floor most of the nurses and the doctors on the floor are great. We LOVE all the child life specialist, thank you guys for everything you do!
