They have the most amazing staff members... my kids can't be in better hands
The security team there is horrible and rude!! They would not allow my husband to see my son when he was hospitalized only because his drivers license is expired, I understand they do that for the security reasons but you can look at it and know it’s my husband on this picture.
Went on 1/4 to the ER. Triage seemed to dismiss the fact my 2yr old wouldn’t use her right arm. After a 3 1/2hr wait and 1 person called back we left. Grateful our pediatrician at Kelsey was able to let us know the elbow was dislocated first thing the next morning. I’m normally a huge TCH fan but not The Woodlands ER. Will go back to the Katy one next time. Watched 6 people discharge and leave the ER during this same time they called 1 back.
