I waited 6 hours for them to tell me it was anthore 6 hours to be seen when my son had chest pain and coughing to where he was throwing up
Just left TCH the Woodlands after ear tubes/adenoids removal surgery for my 13mo daughter. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the atmosphere and service we experienced. Every team member from the receptionist to the surgeon made us feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Before the surgery every member of the surgeon’s team came and introduced themselves to us individually and met my daughter. Bad , bad !! I come back home worst !! They don’t do nothing for my kid with 107 fever , because is normal?? ��� and they left my kid face with bruises because when they give her the medicine they put to much pressure en her face ( 1 year old baby girl!!) so I wait 6 hours just for the nurse told me ooh is nothing we can do is normal !!
