We got there when I asked how long of a wait it was the lady couldn't say. The triage nurse said about 3 hours after 3 hours the super rude nurse that couldn't even bother to look up to talk to me said 3 or four more hours. I ask why and she said times change, then she asked if my daughter was still sick. Why else would I be there? I took her to family first wellness in Conroe and within 10 mins we went in. Unless you have a major injury stay away from that ER.
You know you had a great experience when you are "stalking" your email account for the after visit survey so you can make sure to fill it out because of the care that our nurse, Cody, provided today. We have had numerous nurses over the past few years and Cody stands out. He was knowledgeable, professional, caring, positive and made our hospital stay a little brighter. He greatly exceeded our expectations.
