Took my child to the ER and waited 6hrs for blood / urine test results. Staff were nice tho
Texas children's hospital at the woodlands is amazing! So much better than the medical center campus. It's clean, has great free parking and the staff is super friendly.
I like Dr Espenelli, but the recurring appointment wait is awful, especially when we arrive 20 minutes early and sit waiting after appointment? Even after asking receptionist about delay, we get no response as to why, they are running late????
My 3 year old came in the ER the other night. Every single person who came in contact with her made an error. Started with forgetting to wrist band her. Radiology had to re take the pictures twice, 2 pokes to get the IV in, My daughter doesn't have bad veins. Pharmacy sent the wrong medication and had to send it back. All these Errors made us wait for 4 hours before anything could start to get done. Then the bandage was put on way too tight and caused her entire hand to swell up. We had to return to get them to fix it.It was... read more
The hospital is so clean and the nurses and doctors are so nice I wouldn't want to take my children anywhere else.
The staff was absolutely wonderful, helpful and friendly !! They did a great job on his teeth and treated him so lovingly!!!!
