The wait time is unrealistic for a baby who was in need of breathing treatment. We arrived by ambulance at 7:30 pm and saw the Dr FINALLY at 5:11 am. The staff sat and read magazines while the waiting room was full of sick children. 13 1/2 hour nightmare!
My 7 year old had a procedure done here and the staff was awesome!! They explained everything they were gonna do to her with pictures and the items they were gonna use. They wanted her to understand so she wouldn't get scared when she woke up. It was great. She did awesome!

I took my son for a respirator Virus this Past Thursday night . We only waited like 10 minutes to see a doctor.. I want to thank all the PSU staff in the seventh floor in the West tower for doing a great job day and night with my son. Thank you to all the RN's and Doctors
It's very nice to know that there is so much care and love for their parents. When I took my grandbaby they took him real quick with no waiting. Doctors and nurses are awesome. They try making their goal. And do vey good job of it. They specially know how to make babies and children feel very comfortable.
