Amazing place. Colorful walls and carpet, crazy mirrors in the elevators, dancing cows and other art combinations create a sense that children are front and center. Care staff is excellent. I felt we mattered. I never feel that way anymore in our medical system. But here, I did. P.s. Maybe give people more parking suggestions. The garage was full, we are local so drove another few blocks, but visitors may feel overwhelmed by the hustle, signs, and buildings- especially when they are already stressed with severe illness.
TCH was amazing!! The staff was amazing ,and treated my princess like a princess. It was a rough week, TCH tried everything they could to make us as comfortable as possible. The Doctor's we're amazing and kept me updated with everything. Thank you!
I really loved this hospital and the staff I'm lost on words, they really did an amazing job taking care of my son the nurses were amazing the doctor did an amazing job on my son surgery I just wanna thank them all for doing such an amazing job taking care of him, y'all really back it up when they say y'all are the best!
Texas Children's has been my family's saving grace. This hospital is one of the greatest. My daughter is 16 weeks old and initially she had been under Good Shepherd medical center's care. I won't belittle or lessen the help that they provided my baby because I am thankful for the care they provided nonetheless, but Texas Children's hospital is and has been a breath of fresh air. Tha staff was great...I was really comfortable an I had great faith n tha doctor an his assistants...
The staff and doctors were great,i already knew it was gonna be a long day,but every appointment was smooth,the staff was kind and courteous,made our day bit more pleasant!
I like it here they are very friendly and nice but the only thing I don't like bout it is if da patient gets admitted in the don't fed there guest that have to stay all night wit them because most people is less fortunate n can't buy food so we will starving til we get money for food
Texas children's hospital is a God send. Love it!!
My granddaughter has been a patient in CVICU and on the 15th floor in the in-patient unit since her birth on October 10th and open heart surgery on the 12th. She will likely be there until March. The entire staff has not only demonstrated unparalleled expertise in caring for our tiny patient but also in their care of her family. It's no surprise that they are the #2 rated pediatric heart center in the country.
