Have kept my son alive and well ever since he was born. Now he is 7 and we are still coming here for all his needs. All his doctors are here and i cant not xomplain about any of them. All are more family to us than just doctors. Very thankful for this hospital. One complain is the pods in the pcu 7th floor. Most ridiculous xrazy idea to put 4 contaminated kids all together in one room. They need to go once the expansion to the new building is done.
I can say enough about this hospital. They have truly become apart of our family over the last year. Our son had almost no chance of survival but with Gods grace and the ECMO team he is alive and has proven science wrong. We are here now for surgery on our left foot. Just one large pool of angels in everyday clothing.
Each and every person from doctors, nurses, registration to valet ect. is exceptional. Excellent hospital excellent staff!!!

When you drive 3 hours to see a specialist about your child's health you want it to be as smooth of an experience as possible and that is exactly what it was for us. I joked when we left that we had driven 3 hours for us to only wait for a total of maybe thirty minutes once we checked in the the time we saw our doc. You expect to wait such a long time but it was not the case! I am very impressed with the staff, from custodians to doctors, at this hospital. It was a smooth experience for us! Thanks TCH!
The care that the staff at Texas Children's Hospital gets to the patients, families, siblings of patients and everyone is unbelievable
My daughter was transfer from our local hospital other then the not very nice nurse who was very ready to get off they were amazing. There was a nurse named Salvador that was very warm and attentive and very knowledgeable about her issues.
The staff was awesome. My son had an out patient surgery and everyone there was wonderful. Thanks for showing you care.
