The staff is so amazing with my Baby Girl. They make sure she is as comfortable as possible.
My son had the most compassionate people around him the whole time we were there. Great staff and the best doctors that you can have. God bless Texas Children's hospital staff and doctors.
We drive 3 hour to come see there wonderful experts about our sons heart and let me tell you what everyone here are so professional. Everything runs so smooth and when it come to your child's health you don't need any other stress in your life. You need everything to run smooth like clock work and that how it runs here. Thank God for all of you.
My nephew is currently in Cardiac ICU. He is 2 months old and without TCH we would have lost him! He's is still struggling to make it but we have all the faith in the world that to skilled medical staff are doing everything possible to heal our little fighter! God bless all of those dedicated Doctors, nurses and everyone who makes miracles happen there.
This is the best hospital for baby's I love the way the Dr's are and everybody that works here they always have a smile in there face and the way they are with baby's God bless this hospital and everybody that works here thank you so so much for taking god care of my Baby if it wasn't for this Hospital my baby wouldn't got the help he needed God bless you all I'm so thankful for what you are doing you are doing a great job �����
Best place ever. So friendly and prompt. They know how to run this hospital better than any other place I've been. I drive 30mins to bring my children here for everything they need. The drive is far but it's so worth it. And after appointments there's always something in Downtown Houston to do.
You need to train your Drs to not tell parents how to discipline their children unless that child is being abused. I will be finding a new doctor.
My son had his tonsils and adenoids removed and ear tubes put in yesterday by Dr. Canadas everything went great staff were all friendly and toys for the kids were very clean and well taken care of... only thing I didn't like was that my husband had to stay in the waiting room with our infant because our infant wasn't allowed back. I tried explaining to the nurses that he is breastfed but he still was not allowed back. Horrible nurses! They were rude and disappeared quite often. There was no call button so when I needed help I had none. They did absolutely nothing for my child!!!! No testing, no fever reducing meds or breathing treatments (he had rsv). This is suppose to be a great hospital to take your kids to but after that experience I will NEVER return to that ER again. I was worried about my child and they all acted like I was there for the hell of it. Waste of time.
