We love TCH!! We are at the hospital and clinic a lot and ALWAYS get treated very well!! Doctors and nurses are always calm and understanding with my kids!!
From the time me and my son has gotten here they have made us feel at home.. You don't find that in many hospitals. We are still here cause of a serious problem and I can say leaving from picu going to a regular room the love and caring is still shown I can honestly same from not being from Texas they have made us feel very welcome!!
I am a nurse @[1711877685731376:Another Hospital] and I find the staff to be very professional and are eager to share their knowledge with the family but are also able to focus on the fact that families only want to hear good things when they really need to be aware of the TRUTH.
We were greeted and waited on upon arrival. Every staff member was thorough and friendly. I was very pleased!
I just love the way they always treat me daughter been going for years and they always treat us good and my daughter has had two surgerys and they make her feel safe
Beyond horrible! They left us with a bleeding child in a full waiting room for over 4 hours. We finally had to rush her somewhere else where they treated her immediately. This is our second trip here. The first time was not any better. We were stuck in a hall way for 12 hours with out even a chair.
Very very nice because of them I felt very relaxed into going into surgery �! They also take care of you really well after surgery!
