El personal estuvo muy amable pero me parece que se toman demasiado tiempo, de 6:40 pm a 2:45 am para que 3 personas diferentes me hagan las mismas preguntas y una que tomen una radiografía y al final decirme que es estreñimiento me parece demasiado tiempo de espera, y para dar los papeles de la información alrededor de 25 es extremo. Antes l personal eran bien groseros, altaneros etc en eso han mejorado, pero mucho tiempo en "procedimientos"

My daughter had a surgery recently and was blessed to have Dr. Oluyemisi A Adeyemi perform her surgery. The entire staff on the third floor of the West Tower were amazing! Thank you for making our wait a little less stressful by keeping us informed while our daughter was in surgery. Thank you so much for your hospitality, and for your bright smiling faces!
From the moment you walk in the doors you feel welcome. I love that! My grandson has been getting his allergy shots at Texas Children's for a few years now. The staff are always prompt and friendly. He is 7 and they always explain everything that they will be doing to him and I for one love that! Never disappointed in the team at TC!
All the staff , doctors and nurses go above and beyond! Would recommend anyone to use Texas Children's!
I've only visited twice but have been treated by friendly and caring personnel. The caregivers I have met seem to sincerely have our granddaughter's best interest at heart. Thank you TCH!
