RecommendedCan I just say everyone here is just amazing and I will truly miss them all so much!!!! They all stopped me when I walked out to hug me. 8 weeks coming here I have gotten to know the whole staff and couldn't ask for a better group to be around from the receptionist, the ultrasound techs, the nurse and Dr. Berry himself 💙💖💙💖💙😘😭 I will miss you all. I had not had major bad experiences with the ER until a couple of weeks ago. We had to wait 3 1/2 hours and my son ended up having a minor surgical procedure on his left tonsil. The performing ENT was very insensitive and my son felt the whole procedure. He was screaming the whole time. In addition to that, there were cockroaches in the room. I was at Texas Childrens west campus today and leaving an appointment we took the elevators down. Upon entering the elevator, that had just opened, the doors slam on my service dog and I! Hard! I am in so much pain, neck and lower back are in so much pain.
