The customer service lady with whom I booked the appointment was very friendly and wasn't trying to sell me a service. She was there to help. The Pro showed up when expected. He was very polite as well. He got to work right away and was finished very quickly. He did a thorough job and made sure I knew to call them back if there any issues at all between treatments. They didn't hide it in the fine print, they want their customers to be happy. The bonus is that everything is green, especially having a dog and kids.

We discovered 4 bed bugs and called Bugs R Us at 6:30 at night. The owner, Calvin, was at our house by 8pm! He came the next day and did a heat treatment on our whole house and killed the bugs within 5 hours. What a relief. Calvin is a Vet and he likes to hire Vets too. I feel so proud that I could hire a company that supports our Vets and they did such a great job. I'm switching my regular pest control to Bugs R Us and will definitely recommend to anyone who needs help.
