We� ve used It� s Bugs or Us since 2017 and have always had a wonderful experience with them. Scheduling is a breeze, they always show up on time, whatever they use for bug control works WELL. Mr.Terence is my favorite tech! Oh and the price is super fair, they spray our house 4 times a year. I� ve recommended this company many times and a few people in our family use them.
Terence did an inspection and was professional, honest, and informative. He answered all our questions and had a great attitude.

They were amazing! Great customer service, the tech was prompt and on time , she quickly got to work and had great interaction!
Jesus was on time,called me 30 mins in advance as requested. Very friendly,professional, got right on the job. It was raining so did not do the outside of the house. Said to give a call and he would make another trip to finish when the weather cleared. The company is very efficient and reasonably priced for their services. I would definitely recommend them for your job.
