I waited almost 2 months for an appointment. I was offered the Nurse Practioner and emphatically said no I wanted to see the doctor. We were kept waiting over an hour (apt for my daughter). When she came out she had seen the Nurse Practioner who amazingly was able to diagnose with her 4-5 things in less than half an hour. Prescribed meds that cause massive weight gain to a child with a eating disorder. Made an appointment for two weeks out. Waited an hour and had to leave as my daughter had to get ready for work. Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Does this psychiatrist give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes

Getting a regular appointment was not difficult but at one point there was an emergency related to a reaction to medication. I called during office hours but they did not call back until the next day. By that time, I had been to the hospital. Dr. Hamilton is not very talkative. He looks down and takes notes the entire time you are in his office Where he sits (behind) a huge desk is at least 10-15 feet away from the patient. He is behind a desk and a huge coffee table. Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Did this psychiatrist leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! The provider was always present and attentive Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did this psychiatrist answer all your questions? Yes Was this psychiatrist's staff friendly? Yes

Are you going to visit this provider again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
