I have been seeing Dasha now for 12 years and she is wonderful! She listens and is understanding and nonjudgmental. She has become more of a friend and I would highly recommend her.
I know recently how they are getting so many calls, including from myself and it hit me how wonderful the staff has been. Every time I call, I never felt like I was annoying them. Always so kind, I wish I could remember names but a younger guy (Zach?) and younger girl usually answer. Then while I’m here, have to shout out how grateful I am for my provider Sophie. Dasha is literally one of the best health care providers I have ever had. She genuinely listens and documents how you are doing. She works with you to find a good med plan and is caring. If you need help, she is the person to see.
Dasha is one of the best Psychiatrists I have ever had the pleasure of working and interacting with. She takes the time to understand the patient's background, traumas, pain, issues, the problem at hand, etc. She also creates a safe space for patients to truly feel comfortable and unjudged. So many Psychiatrists or higher-level mental health professionals lack true empathy and compassion and work as if medication and management are all they handle/responsible for. The waiting area is nice and relaxing environment. The receptionist is nice as well as the guy that schedules the appointments. Dr. Sophie Krchmar is an excellent Dr. I recommend her services that she provides for her patients. I feel she understands me very well and provides warmth and welcoming for someone who has high functioning anxiety / depression.
I'm leaving a second review after our visit with the provider herself. She is amazing and wonderful and has established such a good rapport with our daughter. While I'm frustrated with the front desk person's actions today (see previous review), I can't say enough good things about our NP. I do recommend this office.

I like the provider, but the office staff is inconsistent about how they treat people. We were ten minutes early for today’s appointment and my daughter completed her intake paperwork. Instead of turning it in, she held on to it as she saw the person in front of her hand hers directly to the NP. After seeing that person leave and us continue to sit and wait, I told her to check at the window. They told her to sit back down and write her name on every page.
