Great staff, courtious and always a short wait. Kara Brashier is amazing and works well with you to try to find the best combo of medication and therapy. Been gooing for 15 years now and if it aint broke.
I was seeing a horrible doctor who only wanted to talk about my medication for our entire visit. My counselor recommended Dr. Hamilton's firm & I have been happy ever since. I see Dasha and she is great! We talk about all of the things we need to discuss including my meds, not just my meds. I am happy to make the 35 minute trip.
I have to admit - I read the review on here about Sophie and was somewhat concerned when I noticed that I was going to see her in my first ever psych visit. She was extremely easy to speak with and I thought she did an excellent job of listening to me and understanding where I was coming from Admittedly I don't have a great sample size to compare against but rest assured Sophie is professional and caring. Highly recommend.
I love Dasha, she is kind and down to earth. She truly listens to her patients.
I could not believe my visit with Nurse Practitioner, Sophie. As a mental health professional, you are supposed to make your patient feel comfortable and at ease regardless of what you think their diagnosis is. I felt rushed and judged from the moment she started asking me questions which made me extremely nervous and unable to respond to the best of my ability. During an emergency situation Dr. Hamilton and his staff provided the kind of care and follow-through you only hope to receive.
My experience was wonderful! Great staff, and very friendly.
I love going to Dr. Hamilton. I've been going to him for years. He is very smart and knows his stuff. I trust him completely. He does not just shuffle you in and out of his office, he takes his time and listens to you. Unlike some psychiatrist that just see you for a few minutes and write a prescription Dr. Hamilton really cares and offers great resources. Although there was a 2 months wait for Dr Hamilton, Ive met with one of his Practitioners who has been really great. This was my first experience with a Physch Dr and its been really good. She is very available and feel that the suggestions/prescriptions have been spot on. I would suggest this office to anyone.
