Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this psychiatrist's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Is this psychiatrist easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Does this psychiatrist always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes

Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did you feel judged or criticized by this psychiatrist? No, they were respectful and understanding Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Was this psychiatrist late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They always discouraged all of my negative behaviors in a respectful way. They always have my best interest in mind. The staff was very friendly and warm. They went out of their way to make me feel respected and cared for. I was very satisfied with my visit. They are the most attentive psychiatrist I've ever met. They always listen carefully to whatever I have to say. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They always treated me with the utmost respect, and have never interrupted my appointment to take a personal phone call. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
