I just wanna say thank you Texarkana Emergency center for love and care that you guys gave. I found out some important information about myself that others didn't let me know that can help me take better care of myself thank you Texarkana Emergency Center.
Thank you so much for the wonderful service. I was in and out in less than hour. I felt like you really cared about my health. The fact that it was hard for me to talk because of how severe my throat was but you worked with me to see what was wrong. But the follow up phone call the next day was even more of a surprise, I have never had that from the emergency room or any doctor's office. I am so glad that we have people like this in Texarkana. No more hospital emergency room visits.
I had heard so many say how kind and caring the staff is. I witnessed for myself Super Bowl Sunday. Toward evening I was getting more short of breath. The receptionist was very sweet and professional. She gave me paperwork and said they would call me back in 2 minutes. The nurse was waiting in the room, and the nurse that called me back took my vitals. Checked me for Flu. Dr Greer came in, listened to me breathe, ordered X-rays. My husband had flu like symptoms and went to Texarkana emergency center. They were fast and efficient. They x-rayed and diagnosed him. A few prescriptions and days later he's feeling a little better. The best part is that someone called to follow up with him the day after, which was a Saturday! Yes, Saturday! That's awesome care and customer service. Thanks Doc!
I would like to thank the staff at Texarkana Emergency Center. My first trip there was a very positive experience. They took excellent care of me. We were in and out very quickly. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful.
I had the best care and attention when I visited Texarkana Emergency Center. Once there, I didn't have to wait long at all. The facility was spotless clean and the staff was extremely polite, efficient and prompt. The doctor was there within minutes and tests began immediately and within a half hour they had diagnosed my illness and I knew what was wrong with me. I totally recommend this place for any emergent need you may have! The staff is extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and compassionate! I was in and out in no time!!! I loved everything about this amazing place!
