They are fast, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Was asked back, examined, diagnosed and prescriptions prepared before I finished all the paperwork. The only disappointment was the US government doesn't recognize stand alone ER centers so government health insurance (TRICARE, MEDICARE, ETC) can't be used. Wonder if it is because they are to efficient? They even sent me a thank you card for using them. When was the last time a hospital did that?
The staff was nice and got us back quickly. However my daughter was running a 104* fever and had SEVERAL other symptoms. Left with doctor saying just sinus infection because he didn't want to run any test. Had to take her to St. Michaels ER and they diagnosed her with UTI. So, please for the next mother, if you want to or not, run test on their children and find out what is REALLY wrong with them. Now after reading other post I'm scared to get my bill for them to do nothing!
I had the best experience you could possibly have at an ER. Fast service, knowledgeable and friendly staff, great doctor, and not to mention the facility was nice and clean. Thank you to everyone for taking such great care of me. I will definitely be using your facility again!

Went yesterday and they were very fast. And very sweet. Took care of me quick. Very clean also. Will be back. Plus I just got a call today from them checking to see how I am feeling n doin with the meds....I seen Dr. Young. He was very kind and met my every need.
I had to go there last week. I was extremely anxious but the entire staff put my mind at ease immediately. They calmed my fears, answered all of my questions and even made me laugh at a scary , stressful time ... highly recommend them!! Great job guys!!!�

I got in right away and was given careful attention. It turned out that my emergency was really just a complication of another illness. Finding out the cause and being treated brought me great relief. And Sarah was excellent at getting a blood test the first try!
I went into to Texarkana Emergency Center late Tuesday night with an awful stomach virus. I was extremely impressed with the care I received. I was taken back within a matter of minutes of arriving. Dr. Young and the rest of his staff was very caring and thorough. I would highly recommend this facility to others!
