This place is amazing! I was so sick and they got me in and out without any hassle whatsoever! I highly recommend Texarkana Emergency Center!
During a time when I was experiencing acute pain, I needed medical assistance quickly. Had not even written my name on the paperwork before I was taken to an admitting room. Received medical attention quickly, but more importantly, doctors and nurses were attentive, caring, and focused on alleviating my pain. Have been 3 times and awesome service every time!!! They care about their patients!!! Even get a follow up call next day to check on you!!! I recommend this place over all others!!! Amazing Drs & staff!
Dr. Matt Young is one of the most competent doctors in Texarkana. His skill as a doctor can only be matched by his integrity and genuine desire to help people. I highly recommend him to everyone.
I can't praise Texarkana Emergency Center enough, they took excellent care of me from the time I first walked through their doors up until they transferred me to St. Michael's Hospital, they transferred all my paperwork and had already registered me so when I arrived at St.Michael's I was immediately admitted and taken to my room. The customer service and care I received was impeccable.
I was here a couple days ago, and they were so fast and super nice. I was in and out in less than an hour, and got all the help I needed. Will definitely be going back for any future ER needs.
I loved my visit. They had me back in a room before I finished the paperwork. They have a great and very friendly staff. I would recommend going to them then the other big hospitals
Thank you to the staff at Texarkana Emergency Center for being caring and kind! I was in earlier today and had my husband and 1 year old with me. She was scared cause momma was in severe pain and crying, but the staff tried to help by giving her a Barbie to help distract her! I appreciate that so much that y'all thought about her when I couldn't give her my full attention. You all also took great care of me and didn't make me feel stupid for asking questions and showed you cared! Thanks again! �
