The service was exceptional!!! I was out fishing and got a hook stuck in my arm and I was in and out in 15 minutes. I recommend Texarkana Emergency Care to anyone who might need to go to the ER.
Great and fast service once again ! In and out with tests, results and treatment within less than 4 hours ( which included a power outage beyond their control) this is a super fast , friendly and super clean ER. Highly recommend!
My daughter had to have emergency gall bladder surgery a few days later after being dismissed with a diagnosis of panic attack by Dr. Kelley. She left the room still in pain and he refused to discuss the matter with me. Even responding in a threatening manner. Fast but not thorough or professional.
Wonderful staff and awesome service. Facility is cleanest I have been in. Staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. Dr. Young is an amazing physician.
Texarkana Emergency Center is top of the line!! My daughter hurt her ankle at school so my husband took her to TEC because of all the great things we have heard about them. They had just sat down and they were calling my daughter back. Everyone was so friendly and just amazing by helping a scared and injured 12 year old feel comfortable. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse to the X-ray tech to Dr. Young was exceptional. Thank you Texarkana Emergency Center!!
I really appreciate this facility and their staff here .....they all were friendly and care about your health...I went in Sunday mrng @ bout 11 ish by the time I sat down from getting checked in they were already calling me back..talk about fast...and yes I would recommend anyone to go there...big shout out to staff member Brian he reached out to me on Monday mrng to see how I was doing...I have never visited an emergency facility that checked back with patients to see how they feeling. ...Thank u guys so much for the tip to... read more
