This place was great. The staff was so friendly and attentive. I found Texarkana Emergency Center took the time to diagnose a chronic disease instead of just sending me home with meds.
I didn't know a trip to the ER could be so easy! I was called back before I could even start my paperwork, and was in and out (including x-rays) in less than an hour. Dr. Young and the entire staff were very kind and helpful. Not that I'm looking forward to my next emergency, but I definitely know where I'm headed.
Thanks soo much for taking care of my son last night... in and out in a hour... he is feeli g much better even woth strep throat... Highly recommended and thanks for the cars... he hasnt put them down ���

I can't sing the praises of this place enough! With a lifeless lethargic dehydrated toddler in my arms they swooped in like some angels and took care of business. Anyone with children cringes at the thought of IVs simply because they're so hard to get into a tiny vein all while managing holding a baby still. It's typically a brutal experience and I always end up needing oxygen and sedation afterward. Not here! It seemed effortless. He had an iv placed and medicine in under 30 seconds and I'm not kidding. Been there twice in a week with my husband and daughter with the flu service was quick and excellent both times!!! Even called next day to check up on them!!!
Awesome staff! Cleanest faculty, EVER! Very quick and VERY professional! Even though the little one was feeling bad, we had a great experience. Thank you guys!
My son was seen there on Christmas Day for nausea and vomiting. I was extremely impressed with his treatment until I received a bill for $263 the second week of February! We were told when we checked out that there was no copay. After looking at the EOB I discovered that they billed our insurance for almost $2700...for a stomach virus! I am a pharmacist and I assure you he did not receive anything worth $2700. I called billing to complain and was told that we were billed for the co-insurance of $263. Lesson learned...
