I went to Texarkana Emergency Center due to back pain that hit me Friday morning as I was getting ready for work, the pain was so severe that I could hardly move and I was scared to death... I have never been in that much pain EVER. I didn't have to wait in the waiting area long, not even 5 minutes, the receptionist was very nice and Dr. Kelley was very nice, and the 2 nurses were very nice too. Excellent and caring staff. Very good service. I will go back if something happens and I need medical attention.
We brought my daughter in 1/21. Everyone was very professional and the facility was top notch. They have worked wonderfully with us on everything.
Everyone was so nice and when you are sick that is what you need. We went in and before we got the papers filled out they called us back. Hope I don't need them very much but it will be where we go.
Thanks to Dr Kelley and the staff you guys were awsome.
I didn't love what I was going through but these guys were great. Everything was fast as it needed to be but the team work was amazing and they got me taken care and made my transfer easy. I would go back for sure and recommend them.
