I would and have highly recommended TEC. I had no wait at all,which was great since I was in pain. They were very caring and compassionate while they found out what was wrong with me. They're knowledgeable and even arranged all my details with the hospital to remove my gallbladder. I've never been anywhere that was more efficient and kind.
No one ever wants to have to use an emergency center... but if an unfortunate event happens and you find yourself in need of care, head to Texarkana Emergency Center. Not only was I impressed with the facility, but I was impressed with the staff. Dr. Young and his nurses were very compassionate and caring and treated me as a person, not a number. I also appreciate seeing Dr. Young and his staff supporting our community at various events. They truly are a hometown team!

I was in Texarkana working last week and came down with a horrible migraine. Dr Kelley and staff took EXCELLENT care of me. I was in and out in thirty minutes or so and it was honestly one of the BEST ER visits I have ever experienced. I would gladly recommend this group to anyone and I will definitely remember them in the future. Thanks y'all!! =)
I just want to say what a wonderful experience we had today at Texarkana Emergency Center. Every staff member had a smile on their face. They were very fast, informative, and the most friendly people ever!!!! They treated all of us with drinks and snacks and gave Joleigh and Brenlee a bear!!! Best first experience ever!!! We will be back if needed!!!
These free standing Er's are great if you are not elderly and on Medicare. I even had secondary insurance and because I had Medicare they wanted $1200.00. So the two hospitals is the only choice people with Medicare have.

The staff and Dr were pleasant and I was seen promptly. That being said; the diagnosis of poison ivy was incorrect. A follow up visit to my Dr provided the diagnosis of shingles. Very unpleasant experience.
Very fast and friendly! The doctor and nurses took very good care of me. They were respectful and took all of my concerns seriously. I was really pleased with the care I received. I will use them every time for any urgent care I or my family might need. Thank you.
