Came here about 1:45 was seated for about 25 minutes and a waiter never approached the table. The Hostess's didn't even acknowledge me and my family as we walked out. This place has terrible service. Do NOT come here.
It stinks like old beer. The service is awful. It took 20 minutes just to get our order taken. The tables around us were dirty covered with food and dishes the entire time we were here. Our wings were dry.
Just left and had a great lunch. The service was great (John was our waiter), the beer was cold, the food came out fast, and tasted great. This was our first time at the new location in Atascocita. We put off going based on the bad reviews we saw on here. It's definitely turned around and my wife and I have absolutely zero complaints. We'll definitely be going back. Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed.
Service sucks all of the three times I have been.
I love BWW - but service is very slow. We have been here 4x since they opened and each time it always takes longer than an hour to get our food. Tonight the place is half full but yet still took an hour and 15 min before our food arrived. Didn't check our drinks - I had to keep calling the waitress. Sadly I love BWW but not thus service of this place.
Our waiter, Brandon, was great. But it took over an hour to get our food. Very disappointing Probably won't be back
Walked in, had to go get sweet n low for my girlfriend on my own, waited over an hour during off peak time and still no food, several people in our section with the same waitress had multiple problems with timing and orders being correct. When addressed the waitress had an attitude and the MOD could have cared less so we decided to walk as well. Went down the street to Wing Stop where we got the order in 20 minutes and correct.
