Sitting at Buffalo Wild Wings in Atascocita, TX where the local team is the reigning World Series Champion Astros. They are playing the rival TEXAS team the Rangers. But by all means, let's listen to the NBA finals that do not have a TX team playing. When asked to change it, nope! The manager, James Abbott, told us that the owners changed and they told him he couldn't put the game on. Hell of a local sports bar. Local folks, don't waste your time here. Service sucks, food isn't that good and THEY DO NOT SUPPORT LOCAL TEAMS.
The worst.
Called to place to go pick up order and after 4 phone calls and being on hold for almost 5 minute and hung up on twice and walking in facility with my phone on hold still. Walk in to Ashley and Mgr James neither one on either phone just there doing tape runs and when I expressed issues and frustration - they just looked at me and kept doing what they were doing. Spend $50 on a takeout order and can't get an iced tea while I wait. Come on man !
This place is horrible. The food is always cold and the service isn't anything to rave about. I have tried this location 3 times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because I love BW3s but this place is pathetic. I asked for shredded cheese on my wedges and it came out with slice sandwich cheese and when I asked the waitress why they would put that on my wedges she said they didn't have shredded cheese.
