Friday at lunch 2 people. 2 medium orders of wings. it took 45 minutes to get our food. never an update on why it was taking so long and never an apology. took 15 minutes to eat and another 15 minutes to get the bill. absolutely pathetic! they weren't busy. people came in LONG after us who got their food when we did. that's twice at this location we've been terribly disappointed

Horrible customer service.
Today I went there to meet 4 friends for lunch 2 of the 5 friends were charged for an extra beer 3.25 isn’t going to make or break anyone but the fact your manger believed the employee rather than customers who come often to your establishment is a disappointment. The bigger disappointment supposedly your Mgr went back and watched the video where 4 beers were consumer. Would love to watch that video. Shame shame lost a large group because you can’t count.

Staff was very nice and friendly but the food was terrible and the presentation was awful! What I ordered what it looked like was vastly different. My first and last visit to Buffalo Wild Wings 😕
